A brand new offering: Grilled on the BBQ or broiled in the oven, they are tender, juicy and lean. If you really want to indulge, slice and fry up some onions, add a bit of ketchup and prepare the most delicious steak sandwitch. We vacuum pack 4 Cube Steaks per pack, each of approximately 4 oz. These are also THE steaks to use for Country Fried Steak. Suggested Recipe: 4 pieces Cubed Steak, 2 cups Kellogg's corn flake crumbs, 1 Tspn dried minced onion, 1 Tspn garlic powder, 1 Tspn Norton's nature seasoning, 1 egg, ½ cup Rich's coffee creamer, Oil for frying. METHOD: Combine spices with corn flake crumbs. Beat egg and add coffee creamer. Remove steak from package, rinse and pat dry. Dip steak into egg/creamer mixture. Dip steak into corn flake mixture. Coat well, using fingers to flatten steak. Let steak rest for 15 min. Heat oil in cast iron pan (ideally) until medium hot (not smoking hot). Fry for 5-10 min on each side. Serve with mashed potatoes and fresh salad. Enjoy!
